Restaurant Vale d'el Rei
Located in the center of Pedras d'el Rei overlooking the extensive lawn that surrounds the pool. The main room reflects the regional architecture of the Algarve with the main focus on the fireplace, giving it a special atmosphere. The large covered terrace can accommodate around 200 diners, an excellent space for group dinners, baptisms and weddings. On summer nights, the large glass doors open onto the garden, providing a unique view of the outside. The menu at the “Vale d'el Rei” restaurant is faithful to the Mediterranean tradition, with dishes made using the best local and regional products. Of particular note are the Clams from the Ria Formosa, the Lingueirão Rice, the Algarvian Tuna Steak, the Seafood Cataplana, the Fish Soup on the Bread, the Octopus Tempura, the Stone Steak, the Lamb Chops with Mint, and the Algarvian Pies. For dessert, the various pies (orange, almond, carob and fig) are a delight for any palate. The wine list presents the best that is produced from north to south of Portugal.
